My experience extends far beyond residential real estate into commercial real estate, telecommunications infrastructure, and public sector real estate. Throughout my career, I have managed a wireless real estate asset portfolio valued at more than $3 billion, leading complex site acquisitions, lease negotiations, property management, and infrastructure development projects with organizations including Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint, American Tower, Crown Castle, Southern California Edison, San Diego Gas & Electric, Sempra Energy, Caltrans, the Port of San Diego, The Irvine Company, the FBI, the U.S. Navy, and numerous public and private entities.

In addition to leading Brackett Real Estate, I currently serve as a Real Property Agent with Riverside County's Department of Facilities Management, where I support the County's real estate and leasing operations. My current assignment focuses on the Public Safety Enterprise Communications Project, overseeing complex real estate matters related to the Riverside County Sheriff's communications tower network. This work includes negotiating and administering real property agreements, supporting critical public safety infrastructure, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring the long-term success of countywide communications facilities.
